About the Kuih Chang:

No artificial colouring. The blue colour on the Chang is from 'Bunga Telang' or Blue Clitoria Flower. It is a natural source of edible blue colouring in the natutal authentic organic way.

These delicious Melaka Nyonya's Chang 100% made and supplied by the Baba & Nyonya community in Bukit Rambai Melaka and available now in Klang Valley. The recipe is 100% Authentic Nyonya's and passed down from generations.
